Season 1 was full of action and excitement and it all took place in the gorgeous resort-style community of Compass Pointe, near the storybook coastal town of Wilmington, NC. We chose Compass Pointe for its beauty and for its philosophy: "affordable resort-style living." And with amenity centers under construction, 27 holes of golf and a lake beach, all underway, it was the perfect backdrop for our crew and cast. In Season 1, southern hospitality met major competition, and it all happened at Compass Pointe!
