• The winning designer will be determined by public vote. The public may cast their vote online at nationsnexttopmodelhome.com or onsite at the physical address of the 2009 host community, Compass Pointe, at 8178 Compass Pointe East Wynd, Leland, NC 28451.
• Polling Period: August 29th, 2009 at 9am to September 26th, 2009 at 5pm.
• Online Voting:
Online voting is accessible 24 hours a day during the polling period. Polling period: Polls officially open on August 29th, 2009 at 9am. Polls close on September 26th at 5pm. Online voters may vote ONLY ONCE. Online voters must provide First and Last Name and email address. In addition to user-provided information, remote IP addresses are collected and will be used to verify votes.
Once an online vote is cast, it may not be revoked or undone.
• Onsite Voting: Voters may vote onsite at Compass Pointe. The model homes in The Contest will be open for viewing and voting during the following hours: 9am to 5pm each Monday through Saturday and 1pm to 4pm on Sunday. To vote, visitors must register at the Compass Pointe Discovery Center. After registering, guests will receive ONE ballot. Guests are invited to tour the models and then cast their votes. Guests will indicate their choice on the official ballot by filling in the corresponding VOTE circle. Completed ballots are to placed in the official ballot box at the Compass Pointe Discovery Center. Once ballots have been deposited into the ballot box, they may not be retrieved. Guests are allowed to vote only once during the polling periodx.
• Online and onsite votes will be tallied after polls officially close on September 26th at 5pm. The designer whose interior receives the most votes (online and onsite cumulatively) will be awarded the title of Designer of 2009 Nation’s Next Top Model Home, and a $25,000 cash prize.
• Votes will be tallied by the independent accounting firm of McIntyre, Paradis, Wood & Co. CPA's, PLLC
• Voting will commence on August 29, 2009 and will end on September 26, 2009. The model homes in The Contest will be open for viewing and voting during the following hours: 9am to 5pm each Monday through Saturday and 1pm to 4pm on Sunday.
